How to specify
StormProtector.

Start with the project requirements.
We’ll help you confirm the right configuration.

  1. Catchment and risk

    Describe the catchment use and expected oil and sediment loading.

  2. Treatment flow

    Provide the required treatment flow and peak bypass flow.

  3. Installation arrangement

    Confirm inline or offline configuration and the bypass or diversion design.

  4. Hydraulic levels

    Provide inlet and outlet invert levels, pipe sizes and available head.

  5. Storage and maintenance

    Confirm sediment and oil storage requirements, alarms and pump-out access.

  6. Approval package

    Obtain the selected model drawing, performance evidence and current installation and maintenance instructions.

Complete the bracketed project details and confirm the selected model with Protector.

Supply a Protector StormProtector coalescing oil-water separator, model [MODEL], in an [INLINE / OFFLINE] arrangement. Provide a design treatment flow of [FLOW] L/s with a bypass/diversion capacity of [PEAK FLOW] L/s as detailed in the hydraulic design. Include sediment and oil retention, the specified connections, access covers and any nominated alarms.
