How to specify
EcoProtector.

Start with the project requirements.
We’ll help you confirm the right configuration.

  1. Pollutant objectives

    Confirm gross pollutant and sediment treatment objectives.

  2. Design flows

    State treatment flow and peak bypass flow.

  3. Storage volume

    Select pollutant storage capacity and a maintenance interval suited to the catchment.

  4. Network connection

    Provide pipe sizes, orientation, invert levels and downstream constraints.

  5. Site conditions

    Confirm cover loading, groundwater, excavation and backfill requirements.

  6. Access and documentation

    Provide pump-out access and request model-specific drawings and maintenance instructions.

Complete the bracketed project details and confirm the selected model with Protector.

Supply a Protector EcoProtector gross pollutant trap, model [MODEL], with inlet diversion weir, vortex separation and pollutant storage. Size for [FLOW] L/s treatment flow and [PEAK FLOW] L/s peak flow, with storage suited to the nominated catchment and maintenance interval. Provide connections, access covers and pump-out access as shown on the approved drawings. Install in accordance with current manufacturer instructions.
